Billing And Subscription Data
Paid plan processing may involve third-party payment providers. DeepWaifu stores subscription status and related account metadata needed to manage access, renewals, and cancellations.
If you cancel a Stripe subscription, your current paid period stays active until the end of that billing cycle. There is no refund for the current month, and you will not be charged for the next one.
Moderation And Safety
Prompts may be checked against moderation rules and keyword blocklists. Blocked prompts and certain moderation events may be logged for safety, abuse prevention, and platform administration.
Cookies And Sessions
DeepWaifu uses session-based authentication to keep users signed in and to secure account access. Session cookies are used to maintain login state.
Data Retention
Account, library, support, and moderation data may be retained as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce platform rules.
